Sussex Gold

Sussex Gold rapeseed oil and sunflower oils are produced by a family who have been farming in the Weald since 1946. They began producing rapeseed oil in 2007 and harvested their first sunflower crop in 2007. The growing process, cold pressing and bottling is carried out on their farm. Rapeseed oil is perfect for all cooking uses and offers a healthier choice. Rapeseed oil has half the saturated fat of olive oil, contains omega-3, -6 and -9 oils, and is a source of natural vitamin E. It contains no artificial preservatives. Sunflower oil oil is very high in Omega 6.

Both oils have won awards and come out top in taste tests. Come and try for yourself!
